Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have recurrent throat infection with coughing from last 15 days what to do I have been using anti allergic monti fix but the problem is not sub siding

I fear my ENT problem is well beyond tonsillitis. I have a swelling inside my mouth and gums only on the left hand side. My ear, nose and throat on the left hand side have a major imbalance with regards to pain and sensitivity. The right hand side seems unaffected whereas the left seems ruptured completely. I need guidance / consultation in who to visit as a ENT specialist in South Bombay preferably also treating at Bhatia Hospital ( due to health insurance constraints) I fear I might require multiple surgeries immediately. I have buzz in my ears for all 24 hrs it stops only when I sleep, what medicine can I take, this problem in my ears is from a long time can I get help from any ent doctor. Have never consulted regarding my ears to any one, please help me. Is it tinnitus problem?? Have read about the same but no medicine taken for the same.

I've been having nose block for a while now, when i blow my nose, i can feel my ears blocking and also sometimes my mouth opens up since it hits at my throat, and very recently i feel my throat is also hurting now

Getting headache only when AC is switched on. Taken Vit D test and found to be low. Does headaches have to do anything with Vit D??
