Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Sir, It's been 6 months, I'm experiencing hearing issues specifically when roaming in farms or if there is wind also many time, I'm not able to understand what exactly peoples are saying. I consulted a doc and after Audiogram test, they suggested for placing earth piston that is small surgery for fixing this. Why this happened with me?

Extreme pain in right ear, looks like watery puss in the ear. Pain increases or decreases but usually is unbearable during the night.

Sir, I've been suffering from Running nose, head ache since morning , i've been knowing a doctor for long so i have had taken a medicine prescribed by him named Allegra (120mg) My main concern is can i consume cannabis or cigrate after medicine . Does it hold a negative effect when consumed after medicine kindly help me with it .

Right side of my neck has a very hard stiff lump type thing..not visible but can be felt when touched..it wont go away i have it since 2-3 weeks, and i feel like something is stuck in my throat constantly (even when not eating food) it is very irritating nd also makes eating n breathing difficult.. wht could it be? Is it smthng to worry about

Itching in eyes and ears and breathing problem I can'tell clearly take breath by nose and one nose are sometimes close and headache also occurs due to closes of nose.

But sir blowing of nose clears the blockage for some time.. And I never feel like my nose is blocked.. My nose is well clear only it's the cough which I feel at the end of the nose inside and at neck

I have been having extreme ear ache in left ear since 7 days..took many painkillers and antibiotics but it has not decreased..instead now my right ear is paining equally and continuously..i am unable to sleep at night. Please suggest some medicines which will cure this ear infection.

Iam suffering from jukham from last 1 year when medicines are taken temporary stop and after few days again it become functional and last for months Along with mild fever.& etc. If i come in contact with dust or any other sensitive things like paints then it start with sneezing and after it converts it form jukham in this process it takes 1-2days.

I had fish in dinner and now feeling bone stuck in my throat.so now feeling uncomfortable and disturbance.

I got a small lump in neck from past 4 days. What may be the reason?I am feeling a bit scary about that.
