Fever, throat pain, body shivering
I am having fever. Throat is paining badly while speaking or eating and drinking. Feeling so weak. Intially body shivering was also there.

You might be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
