Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Ear is paining when climate is cool and not able to hear properly .i think wax has been loaded much

I have a cold allergy. Whenever I sleep in a strong air conditioned room, I experience allergy symptoms like watery eyes running nose and headache. Is this normal and are there any solutions for the same?

Before 3 months its started clicking in my left ear while talking only and while yawning crackling in both ears 2 months clicking in left ear is their after then its gone completly now again for time period it clicks overall means reccurrent ent doc says eustachian tube blockage for a first tym when i showed them before 3 months but their no pain whats your advice doc.
