Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I heald aopration 8 -6-2017 at sms becose of damage ear dram hearing problam but now i am sufringh from air passging from my left year hearing problam

I have been having this pain (cut n burning sensation)in side of the tongue for the last 6 months, I went to various Dr at my working stn they ll prescribed me some multi vitamin and gastro medicine, I has taking it  but it is not improving.I have no problem in swallowing food n water. Lately I started to feel pain in my neck and left shoulder and also I feel numbness in my arm, I once got injured in my neck while playing but after having some medicine it get heal. I used to smoke cigarettes but have quit. When I rotate my head or press my head bavkward I feel pain in left shoulder n arms.

My mother is suffering from sinus problems since 1yr. Her nose is swelling too much She takes medicine then relief after that problems remains same.

I have been suffering from throat infection since 2 days. Today when i woke up; i cant even speak properly. Now throat is not paining but i believe there must be swallowing in throat. Please advise Thanks in advance

I have cold and a constant clogged nose. Also due to that i have irritation i eyes. I visited a general physician but his prescribed medicine did not resolve my problem.

I didnt recognize it first up. I didnt feel any pain. Just a day ago while i tried to put earphones in my ear i felt a bit pain and it is slightly bulgedon. Now as the day progresses i feel a bit pain in the air

I have been having Cold Cough and runny nose from yesterday. Started with throat irritation. Took Azithromycin 2 dosage. Still feeling dull

It look like an infection. I have so many spots on my lips and inner corner of my mouth. How can i get rid of it . It looks so bad and dehydrated although i drink enough water. Also skin is on the lips is so rough. I never smoke

I have impacted earwax in both ears for almost 10 years. I can hear fine but I'm not sure if it is a normal hearing capacity. Can it still be removed? If earwax comes in contact with eardrum can it be removed? Can it be deafening?

It feels like some thing is blocking in throat which results in neck pain, throat congestion, weakness.
