Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had bleeding from my ear, I throught that my ear drum is broken, but this is not the case. I am putting ear drops regulary

Runny nose, bad sneezing, watery eyes, weakness, intermittent fever. All persistent for more than a week.

I had earache on my right ear 2 weeks back after pain gone, I facing a hear loss and yellowish fluid started coming from my ears but it stopped from last 2 days but I still feel fluid in my ear and still facing hear loss. So what should I do to get it clear??

I woke up with throat pain, difficulty​ in swallowing and body pain. By afternoon I got fever 102 deg. Saw a doctor near my office, he prescribed azee 500, dolo 650, and montregress. Took a dolo at 2 in afternoon​, fever subsided. By 7 in the evening, fever shot up to 103 deg. I took another dolo. The throat pain is bad. Can I take another dolo around 12 when I go to sleep. Should I wait until Monday for the symptoms to subside. Pls advise.
