Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I was a regular smoker. Once I was feeling fever and sore throat around 2 months back. I took paracetamol 1000 mg and got recovered from the fever but the irritation in the throat is not yet gone. Whenever i shout or whisper, i feel the discomfort. I left smoking since last one month but the problem still persists

I have got partial mastoid air cells sclerosis is seen on right . Is it dangerous ? Wat treatment has to be done about it

I have had sinus problem for long, acute breathlessness while working out. Nose blocks. Have to take anti-allergic tablets even at slight allergies else breathing becomes a very big issue. At times I wake up at night brethless.

My ige level was 200 iu/ml as i was getting recurring dry cough after every 48-60 hours, my gp prescribed inhaler, bt i consult wth an ent and he prescribed me septiline, detromethorphan hydrobromide and chloropheniramine meleate syrup, recharje plus capsule and i am quite okay now. i hv dyshidrotic too.i have no breathing prob,why ige is elevated?

I have been facing constant headache something happened in my right neck side down to ear swelling is there heaviness in eyes little fever and headache

Cheif complaint: Having allergies , sneezing with slight temperature change HOPI: Since 5 days suffered from tonsillitis accompanied by fever , cold and body pain for 1 week History : epileptic since 2008 (last episode 2013) = tab sod. Phenytoin 100mg OD bilateral nasal surgery 2010 Hernia surgery about 10 years back

Frequently throat swells, do I need to undergo tonsillectomy please suggest ? How long it takes to recover if I get the tonsil removed

Hello good evening , The red colour nasal flesh on my nose is increasing day by day.now a days it's paining when I sneeze or coughing. I showed to a doctor near my town and gave some tablets  and was filling hood struts.but now days he is not available also. Please advise me .

Doctor I had got microsuction done yesterday in my right ear and have been feeling pain in the ear since then. Although the intensity of pain is less as compared to yesterday but it still is causing much discomfort and difficulty and a weird feeling. Please let me know if it's normal or if i need to consult the doctor again. Thank you.
