Less hearing after water got into ear

Hi, While taking shower, water got into my ear and because of that I'm partially hearing from my right ear. It's been almost a week. I tried removing the water by cotton, but it's quite the same. Can anyone please help and guide me in this situation? Do I need to consult a doctor for this problem?
