Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

मेरे कानो से शिट्टी की गुंजने की आवाज आती है बिना रुके, उसकी वजह से सर फटने  लागता है, कम सुनाई देता है, किसीं की बात सूननी हो तो उसपर ज्यादा ध्यान देना पडता है

I have difficulty in breathing and heavy nose Specially at night. During day the issue is less prominent but I feel the urge to deep breath.

Having pain and little swelling on my right side of the face including right ear, right nostril , right eye and right side of throat. Only nostril I feel is blocked and swelling I feel down the ear and in right hand side of tooth.

Can feel lymph nodes in neck that have been there for a while doctor has checked and said that they are fine as they are within the normal range. However, when I went I said I think I can feel a supraclavicular lymph node however the doctor explained it wasn't it was cervical. How far up from your collabone can a supraclavicular node be? Roughly?

I have big nose. It's appear too odd. Is there any medicine, cream to reduce fatty nose. Is nose shaping clip effective in reshaping.
