Right side of my neck has a very hard stiff lump type thing..not visible but can be felt when touched..it wont go away i have it since 2-3 weeks, and i feel like something is stuck in my throat constantly (even when not eating food) it is very irritating nd also makes eating n breathing difficult.. wht could it be?
