Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I just had my ear wax removal done today. Was prescribed ear drops a week back and the wax removal was done manually and wasn't painful at all. However after the wax removal I feel pressure in ear and pain. Is this normal? Doctor has prescribed Calpol and Zoxwax drops and Allrite DC tablet. How long will this persist?

I've had a perforated eardrum about 20 days back..according to the doctor I visited it has healed.but still I experience severe pain in the ear and around it..especially all the nerves around it(happens mostly when it is cold)..I feel so helpless..please help.

Yesterday, I went for swimming after many days. I stayed under water for more than an hour. Today morning after night sleep, I had lots of itching and blocking in my right ear. I took my car key, and cleaned the wax thinking that there is too much wax inside my ear. After an hour I started having this heavy pain in that ear.

I began having throat pain 3 weeks ago and realized that it had turned into a canker sore on my throat, the sore developed turning in to a dime-sized sore. I ferl like my right throat is stuck with caugh. At times vomiting comes. Am i suffering by GERD? i am over weight. 89 kgs height 5feet 9inchs. An uneasy feeling is there. I can hold my breathing for an minute. Pls suggest
