Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been suffering from pain in ears from last night and it's not reduced.I wanted to use candid ear drops, could I do that or do recommend me with a medication.

I have Left ear blockage and unable to hear properly since 2 days and i have cleaned my ear also even though no use

I am feelinght discomfort due to my running nose and cough from few days ?? Plz help me

Running nose since last few weeks and swelling is also in the nose and it pains a lot. I am always sneezing all 12 months but from few days sneezing increased.. Feeling suffocation. If you can help me? I have taken cetrizin tablets. From then I am not sneezing that much but still nose pain alot from inside and due to that one side of the face is paining.
