Sir I'm having headache and very bad head heaviness please suggest me tablet for muscus to come out from nose.please help me sir!!

History isn't adequate.. headache can occur due to many reasons..Sinonasal pathology/migraine/tension/dehydration should be ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
