Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

In 2004 (at age of 16), I suddenly got problem while speaking. I struggle to start a sentence irrespective of time, language, place, medium or the audience. I went through a series of Medication and Speech therapy back in 2005. I got better that time but never got cured 100% Now since last 15 days. I am suffering with the same issue but this time it is worse. Please suggest for a permanent cure. I feel a cruch kind of in my stomach when I could not speak due to efforts made for speaking. Also i feel strain on my neck muscles and tongue most of the time. Many a times a keep on making some sound from my mouth just because sometimes i feel that i have loat my voice. And this is getting worse day by day. I am not sure whether this isue is concernd with ENT or to Speach Therapy.

I have black fungus type something in my ear..is serious? It happen after yellow discharge,I take tables droxyl & dexona suggest by my doctor than yellow discharge is stop but after some time when I want to clean ear than I found some fungus

The tonsil is swollen and i can see white patches, probably of pus on it. I consulted a doctor and he advised me to use augmentin 625mg thrice a day for 7 days. its been two days and there is no relief in the throat. I am unable to even drink water without pain. Can you please help me understand what the problem could be?

I've had a headache and really sore throat for the past day- also feeling a bit nauseous.. went to look at my throat and my tonsils seem fine but I have three lumps all next to each other in the shape of a triangle behind my uvula... any idea what this could be? I'm thinking I have the start of a cold but i don't see how it's related to the lumps

I am having cough and cold. It started with fever, 10 days back. Now, I can not speak clearly, seems like my voice is stuck. If I try hard, or go outside or sit in AC, coughing suddenly increases. Something serious?

Wat that means I have just blood work done high tsh 9. But T3 T4 in normal range.is I'm hypothoridism or not. Or I go on medication or not..I'm 35 male 6 feet 76 weight.

Enlargement of submandibular gland last one month. And usg size 1*1cm.i take last 12 days to till medicine. 1.amoxyclave.2.tibrolin.3.mv.but not change in swelling and it is painless... Plz suggest

Frequent irritation in throat and dry cough. Dry sticky mucus comes with cough sometimes. But irritation in the throat is the most problematic

Whenever I blow my nose, it feels like air is blowing out of my left ear. No pressure is felt on the left ear when I try to equalize my ears. But when I put a finger in the ear hole the pressure is observed while blowing. There is no apparent pain but it feels weird. Kindly guide me in this regard. Thank you.
