Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

While using q tip blood came on it. There was a little blood on the cotton q tips. And it hurts a little. Is it a cause of concern to show to a specialist?

I have a problem inside my nose and forehead and also throat,All this are happening one kind of sensitivity and itching continuously.In front of the nose feels little bid have some weight inside.The problem is happening from since one month.Due to heavy itching some times happens vomiting and dis-balance feel.Please help me from this problem.
