Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have difficulty in breathing and heavy nose Specially at night. During day the issue is less prominent but I feel the urge to deep breath.

Vn i gargle in the morning i get a little blood clot in my spitoon.i hv done my chest x ray it is clear.
