Dry cough n problem in breathing, from last 3 days, no fever but a little weekness, have taken medicine before althracin

I hav enlarged lymph nod below left ear form 2 months and also throat irritation and greenish cough only in nose . taken medicines travicaf 200 and sizer for 5 days (recorded by sister,she is doing mbbs ) but the problem doesnt seems to be cured ..plz suggest

Getting more cough at night time unable sleep. Please help me on this and suggest any good syrup to Driti.

After decades of smoking I have lost much of sense of smell and difficulty sensing moisture in the air in my nose. It is very dry. I have quit now for a few days and notice smell is a little better. There are 3-5 small red blisters on the inner wall of my throat. They are not painful but causes discomfort in swallowing food and water, sometimes they got itchy. I had consulted an ENT doctor and he says it is due to the acid reflux in my stomach. But right now i just want that those blisters or pox will be cured and throat have to be restored.

When I drink liquids from a glass or cup it hurts my throat, but I seem to have no problems when using a straw. It doesn't matter what the liquid is (hot or cold), and its the swallowing that hurts. My throat is suddenly started paining after i drank cold water which isn't chilled. After that i choked while eating my lunch. Since then i am feeling like something is struck in my throat. After trying every possible thing i came to know that my throat has been swollen. What should i do to get rid of this problem?
