Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

This problem am facing since 4 months, first start the pain from Ear then constantly move to my lower jaw and am enable to eat any food item even sambar rice also, when am ready to take the food its very pianing in my lower jaw and the end of the last teeth. am also take precautions from doctors but it is still paining. Please help me out from this
