Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have cough from 1 week.today i had bloody mucus.is it serious or some infection problem?please help to understand this problem.

I have been having shooting pains in my right ear for last 4-5 days. The pain is continuous and not intermittent.

Enlargement of submandibular gland in usg in 1*1cm...no pain no enlargement during eating.. I take already 12,day to till amoxy clav... And tibrolin tablet... No no change

I have headache problem .and also hearing problem with left eye.ears are operationed long years back ago.

For last around four weeks, I am having difficulty in listening from my left ear, perhaps, due to wax-accumulation in the ear.

I'm getting some sound in ear becoz some one hitted me on ear.....it's coming continuously sound from 3days it will cure or any problems

For the past two days my throat has been feeling rough and now it's starting to feel like there's some kind of build up. Yesterday I was congested, but usually that would be gone by now. Am I getting strep or is it just a common cold?

Sir/Mam, I am having this problem for many years now. Whenever I go to sleep or I laugh out loudly, thick mucus/phlegm gets deposited in the middle of my throat and then it makes breathing nearly impossible. I don't know where it comes from. Dear Dr, I am a singer. I am having difficulty hitting high notes. My throat is getting tired after singing for some time. My voice gets hoarse after singing maybe even for just 10mins. It feels like something is stuck in my throat. Sometimes I am feeling a sharp pain like being poked with a pin in my throat especially while swallowing food/ water

I want to do the nose surgery for my nose it is big.So the is the reason for my nose but any infections​ will not come no.
