Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having pain while eating and drinking water also. this problem from 12 noon. in that time i eat samosa after that i am having this problem. i drunk the hot water also but, no result. what i have to do

I've voice hoarseness problem since 12 years approx. My speech is not loud and clear like other men's as it should be. Also it pitches very low.

I have 100 F fever , headache , blocked nose , cough with yellow phelgm , mild sore throat and fullness in the ears .

It continues four to five days when cold was affected. Pain is very strongly coming.
