Dizziness in ears , constant headache , swelling inside of ears , not able to concentrate uneasyness in ears

Hello there, i am suffering from earache from last 2 days and the also the sound is not totally audible from that ear. it is paining too

Sir i have been sneezing continuously, doctor prescribed nasal spray and medicines for 1 Month but after month again sneezing started.....their was no problem in blood test....what to do.....
