Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir i have pain and blockness in ear which drop is good so that i can get relief

Para nasal CT Scan mentions the below: -Polypoid mucosal thickening in both maxillary sinus. rest paransal sinus are normal. -Osteo-meatal units are patent. -Nasal septum mildly deviated. -Mild hypertrophy of both inderior turbinates. -Lamina Papyracea & cribiform plate intact. -No other abnormality. Taking endless medication since 2 months yet not cured of weakness, sneezing and ticklish throat. Cant exercise or lead a normal life. Can someone please advise what is the issue?

I have been sneezing very severely everyday morning when i get up and also throughout the day. i get black colour particles mixed with the mucus when i sneeze.

I have suffering mild sensitive neural hearing loss since last 3 years is there any treatment available for this disease.

I have a burnt like sensation all over my mouth including my tongue. It feels numb, metallic taste like feeling.. would you know what this means?.. also it's not hot coffee.. 😊 cz I didn't burn myself.. today morning my throat felt all clogged up.. not sure what that is either.. Also note that I've been working night shifts for the past two months.. it has disturbed by sleeping schedule, I don't feel like eating much.. also very irregular bowel movements.. I have a heavy feeling in my head all the time.. also getting some rashes over my body, probably fungal.. don't know if that's related but overall a lot of discomfort.. Please help me..

I've been having an irritation in throat since 5-6 days. Few days back, mosquito enetered in my mouth and i could feel the irritation. The irritation persist since then. I have diffuculty in swallowing. I am also experiencing slight cough. Is it an infection? Anything serious?
