Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Had ache inside the ear but now it will removed. Now I m feeling something is there in my ear and felling pain inside the ear. Kindly suggest.

Hi I have problem of nose block I unable breath and I tried all type nasal drops (nasivion, Sinarest, orbit) but is not cure and if I use any drop 5mins I can get relief and I can't sleep without breath there is bad chest pain if I use more nasal drop headache will come i looking for permanent solution
