  4. Throat irritation. Days same problem.

It's started from one month and I already take antibiotics and antiallergetic by doctors  medicine works but after some days same problem.

As per your description nasal allergies and post nasal drip should be ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
