Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My wife woke up with a pusating ringing in both ears about 10 days ago. She also has a stiff neck, not sure if related? We went to a general physician, the doctor checked bp, heart beat, etc and said nothing seems to be wrong. Just prescribed some vitamins and nothing else. The pulsating sound in the ears kept getting worse, so we went to see an ENT yesterday. The doctor checked her ears and said that there is no sign of any wax or any infection. He said the tinittus can be idiopathic and has to be ignored. The doctor said there is no specific cause for this and it is best to wait couple of weeks and ignore the ringing. However, my wife is having quite a troubled time and she is not able to concentrate on anything due to this. She also feels dizzy at times. The doctor prescribed Vitamin B12 and vertin 16mg. So is there no way to understand the cause for tinittus? Is Vitamim B12 going to help? How do I make her feel better? She is too depressed about the ringing. Any suggestions?

Can 7 years use of nasal corticosteroid spray like Nasomac AF( Flauticasone) or Metaspray (Mometasone) cause Glaucoma? I am suffering from this after usage for 7 years. Is Montemac FX alone recommended to avoid Glaucoma risk.

I have ringing sound in my ear and feeling full inside the ear. Will it be cause for my dizziness all the day and eye sight imbalance?

I have acute pharyngitis since august 2019...I had throat pain and cold that didn't come out.i had been taking warm water and a cough syrup....So the throat pain has still not gone .and iam having loose stools since 3-4 days and there is bit of a stomach pain and lots of trapped gases in stomach...so could the infection have been spread to stomach?...what could be the reason?...plz give some remedy.

My wife's ear is swelling and paining from inside and outside from jaws to neck and around the ear. She is doing swimming nowadays and also wearing rubber ear plug to prevent water entering inside ear.
