Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hey While eating fish a very hair like fishbone got stuck on my tongue just on the tongue. At first it was a very slightly visible. I have the feeling of pricking on the tongue. It's very small. Even the ENT doctor  couldn't find. What shall I do? Its just that I have the feeling of pricking and its annoying and what shall I do to resolve it.? Thanks in advance.

I am having acute pain in my left year .since some days I was having a slight itching In my ears and day before yesterday my left ear got  slightly  hurt by my nail  while iching so next day I put some ear drops in my both ears after some time pain triggered in my left ear.but when I had lunch which involves chewing it got worse .since then it is the same .pain in coming in waves in my left ear even in touching the ear bone it hurts.when I am even opening my mouth or yawning I am feeling a clinch in area below my ear.not able to speak or eating solid food because of pain.please suggest.

The pain increases significantly when I swallow, it’s probably a 7 at worst and sometimes goes down to a 5, it feels as if it’s restricting breathing slightly. I’ve had it for about 3 or 4 days with no sign of improvement, the pain has also spread to my right ear. Could anyone diagnose this for me?Thank you I have attached photos

Actually there is an extra muscle in nose so the tube which transfers air from nose to ear is little blocked so my Mom is suffering with ear pain and some vibration kind of noise in the ear. So we have consulted ENT doctors and have gone through medication, but still the same problem. So one of the doctor has  suggested us to do nose surgery. We want to know which hospital is good and how much it will cost in Bangalore. Also after surgery do we get a permanent fix, as she couldn't able to handle the pain. Please advice us and thank you very much for any suggestions.

My kid complain pain in, toungue and throat When checked saw ulcer like on throat His throat is completely red inside Have fever also, gave him crocin Ds After 5-6hrs again fever Pls advise

Dear Dr's - Please suggest the Ear drops for cleaning wax inside the ear, my kids is 3 years. I don't want to use any buds or other things for cleaning .Looking drops through that can clean up ears.Nothing problem reported just normal cleanup.
