From last night I haven't sleep it's paining in my ear what should I do. Still it's paining Can you provide me some tablats names or any procedure to cure this

There could be many reasons for ear pain right from impacted wax to ear infection. You can take analgesic like Enzoflam provided you are not allergic to any medication. Please visit an ENT doctor for ear check up. Only then can proper treatment be given
