Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When I wake up in the morning I feel congestion in my nose.there is so much mucus comes in the morning. Always I feel in one of my nostril there is some congestion.i want to know how daily mucus comes in the morning and why my one nostril is always congested. For sometime there is congestion in one nostril and after sometime there is congestion in other nostril ( congestion feeling getting changed from one nostril to another ) please give me your medication.

Hi, My right ear keeps itching now and then and it also doest get better. I had severe right ear pain few months ago, and i had applied mustard oil with garlic that helped in 2 days. Now, again in present, since few days i started having ear pain and itching. I properly clean my ear though. The pain has increased a lot, and it has hot numb too. Since im having cold cough, it has made it worst. While cleaning with ear bud, i could see some dark residue. I know, i need to see a doc for that. But due to fever, i won't be able to travel till clinics, so seeking suggestions here.

I had undergone FESS & Septoplasty in 2011, since then I was using Nasomac AF nasal spray. But recently developed symptoms like Glaucoma which may or may not be due to nasal spray. If I withdraw spray then suffering from sneezing, watering nose & eyes with too much mucus draining down to throat. Recently started treatment with Montemac FX & Metaspray nasal spray. Sir, any better & safe treatment option available or what can be remedy.

I'm facing so much problems in my life due to hoarse voice, my life is ruined because of my voice, nobody likes to talk to me, nobody interested in conversation with me, girls avoid talking to me because I don't have sweet voice, this problem I am facing from 10-15 years previously I didn't noticed it, but when I analyzed my voice during last 2 years I get to know, the main issue is with my voice, I went to ent, they said there is no problem with vocal cord, I had voice test also, but they said everything is alright in throat. I'm very much depressed, I'm not getting treatment for my hoarse voice problem to cure it. I'm posting this question on practo with the hope that there are lots of senior doctors and specialist connected with it, I'm sure they have had such case in there practice history, which can help me with the treatment and. solutions for my problem. Suffering from sore throat and pain since 3 days...please suggest medicine as I am unable to swallow...doing salt gargle but not helping

My voice is choked since 2 weeks after I had undergone a throat infection. Initially there used to be pain in throat and difficulty in swallowing but now there is no pain and discomfort.I am really worried for my normal voice as I need to speak much as a teacher.

Which is more effective and less harmful in long-term for treatment of Sinusitis & allergic rhinitis If symptoms are manageable with either one, which is highly recommended : Metaspray or Nasomac AF or Montemac FX

Hello, Eralier i was suffering from Acid reflux as diagnosed by ENT specialist 15 days before. Now feeling better than earlier. But due to sore throat n some shifting pain, thoughts are coming of cancer. Kindly suggest if it so. Feeling afraid. Photo attached for throat wall showing some spot. Please suggest.

My left side of throat feels painful while swallowing since 7-8 months , my left ear pains too and feels like one side of soft palate is sore, been to two ENTs and they said it's pharyngitis. But I am fearful of CANCER , does pharyngitis last for so long.

When mild eardrum retraction is going to resolve completely..is there any treatment for this to resolve it completely or surgery is required for this to cure completely..kindly suggest me with valuable information and suggestion..
