Loss sense of smell

I hqve lost my sense of smell and taste about 2 months back when i was having cold and cough. I smell everything of only one strong odour of ginger garlic paste, even in tea. Sometimes a get dry blood in my nose in the morning(i stay in very very dry climate region). What do u suggest?
