Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My TSH level is  -0.01 its normal or not...if any serious..please clear my doubts sir...I have tiredness and hail fall breathing problem...and also skin allergies like red dot

I was purchasing vegetables and it was all wet. I noticed the bucket next to me in which they were washing them, it was very dirty water. While purchasing, some of the water drops splashed in my face and in my nose as vendor threw a pile of wet vegetables next to me and hurled the plastic sheet next to me on which veggies kept. I was wearing a mask still I felt water getting in my nose and due to suffocation I started  inhaling  as I gasped for breath due to the mask. I am very worried that if the water contained N Fowleri can I get infection? Could the water drops that fell in my nostrils get forced upto the sinuses or the olfactory nerves due to inhaling when I got out of breath?

Mother is experiencing pain since 7 days on lower part of throat near chest area on touching,sneezing,coughing,sometimes swallowing and certain movements like tilting head backward. Pain is weird from normal sore throat and feels as if outside. Pain intensity increases at night and decrea after waking up in morning. Suggest me diagnosis what can be problem? Laryngitis,pharyngitis, thyroidiitis, thyroid nodules,swollen lymph nodes or something else. Suggest diagnosis

Two weeks back i got high fever and cold, after two days my fever and cold was cured but i am getting strong cough there after. Slowly the dry cough is starting paining while swallowing anything. Tried Hot water and dry cough syrup but only reliefing for sometime but coming back again. I smoke earlier but i stopped when i got attacked with fever. Currently i am in another country is there any home remedies to cure this until i reach INDIA? Please help me.

From past 1 month i feel tightness in throat and muscles and some times i feel burning and slighty pain rarely and slighty pain and burning sensation in double chin area and i get heart burn for 2 times jn 1 month

Fever ,cold ki wajha se injection and medicine b continue karte hen lekin fever , cold Kam nhi hota he . Fever Kam hota he fir wapas ajjata he . Headache bi jata hota he . Thoda iska solution bol sakte hen kya.

For the last 3 months I have been feeling ear pressure and headache, before  one week the doctor prescribed me cefuroxime 500 mg for 5 days and clarithromycin 250 mg  bd 15 days , cefuroxime have completed now clarithromycin and loratidine is continue , I am observing that after antibiotics course again ear pressure feels , I am also feeling very severe headache with location changes , blurred vision, I have taken 3- 4 time antibiotics therapy, ct PNS showing inflammation in PNS , Impedance audiometry Pure tone audiometry 100%fine Fluticason fluorate can trigger headache

Hello, I live in Ireland, i recently visited Saudi arabia for a pilgrimage. After a few days upon arrival i got a severe cold and wet cough. I was drinking cold water at first but stopped due to nose congestion. i was also sleeping in AC daily. I was cleaning my nose daily as soon as it got congested. I was back in Ireland but still after 2 weeks my cold is not healed In fact I'm getting dark yellow mucus daily. I took paracetamol but I don't think it's effective as i might have an infection or bacterial infection. I don't know which medication I should take. I did research on my mucus color on the Internet, it said that i might have an infection. Should i take antibiotics as i have dark yellow mucus.

Initially i felt something stuck in my throat and a wierd sensation like burning and stretching in inner side of cheeks. I Consulted ENT Did endoscopy of throat...said LPR.Another ENT said GERD. Using antacids ...some relief i have But sometimes there is burning on tongue,lips,pressure inside mouth while speaking. Dentist has also examined...nothing serious found...impacted wisdom tooth are also there. But symptoms are still present sometimes...of and on symptoms... Is it serious??? Kindly guide

Nose get blocked and sneezing with watery . Taken cetzine and paracetamol . Not feeling better with any medicine prescribed
