Hello,
Pain while opening the mouth during yawning and having food is due to TM joint inflammation or muscle spasms.
Start Tab. Enzoflam one tablet twice a day after food for 5 days.
Reccurent throat infection requires proper examination of your nose and throat. I may give treatment here but it will only supress your symptoms.
Next Steps
So my genuine advice is to consult a nearby ENT specialist for a proper nose and throat examination via endoscopy and then based on that start treatment accordingly.
Health Tips
avoid wide opening of mouth if possible.
give rest to the joint.
