Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have extreme pain I my throat sin e last 5 days took azithral 250 mg but still pain is unbearable. Pls help.

I have been suffering from vertigo and tinnitus for 6 months continuously si...si... Sounds ringing in my right ear and every day I get dizziness I am also taking vertine medicine but it cannot help me Every day I get dizzy for two minutes I feel like my room is spinning and that time I feel my ear is blocked plzzz help me I am very frustrated,is it curable or not,i cannot be able to  sleep in night because of tinnitus i cannot concentrate in my work..plzz help plzz...🙏🙏

I have throat ache since 7 days below adam's apple (lower throat middle region) that increases on touching sneezing coughing and feel outside not inside. Suggest diagnosis and possible causes. I have an injury at nose in childhood. Then doctor say it not serious. But recently I have sore throat i went to a doctor,he saw my nose and tell I need a surgery. Then I consult which another doctor, he told surgery is not necessary. It's my x-ray report do i really need a surgery?

Few days back i slight pain in throat no so much i will talk and eat easily but i feel like tightness and burning sensation in under jaws areas sometimes and some times i feel slight pain in under the jaw and ear cracking sound . I consult a ent doctor he told that i have pharyngitis and acid reflux disease and give some antibiotics wich i already used antiacid for now medication for 15 days and if its not cure he told come with ultra sound and swab test of my throat and one more thing i feel lympnodes under my jaw when i press i feel it not seen from outside skin

Pain in lower middle throat since 8 days on touching ,coughing,sneezing and pain increasing in evening than morning. Ent Doctor suggested laryngitis and gave antibiotics,antihistamine,antacid,anti inflammatory for 5 days but no relief. What could be diagnosis and tests needed to verify?

I visited two ENTs and a neurologist, and after tests, all doctors confirmed that there is no damage to my ear or auditory nerve, attributing the tinnitus to minor nerve irritation. They assured me it would resolve on its own over time. While my tinnitus has reduced in intensity and fluctuates occasionally, I'm still worried about whether it will fully go away. The doctors expect that with patience, it will gradually fade, likely within a few months, and improvements so far suggest this outcome. How much more time will it take, and is this definitely temporary?

Is there a permanent treatment for Positional Vertigo. It returns in every few months usually after long driving or some physical activities or after cold infection. It takes around 2 weeks to settle down again after a BPPV therapy and Vertin 16 mg.

Was showering and accidentally water went into my ears. I was fine until I stepped out and sneezed - had an ear pop and felt the room was spinning and giddiness. I was completely fine after until that night I could hear ticking sounds from my ear probably due to water. Is there anything to be worried about and what to do?
