Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi doctor ,my son 3year is having nose blockage from 1 month,when we consulted ENT DR ,he said it's because of adenoids and he prescribed augmented duo,alergin, leverest my,memryl nasal spray.using all these from 2days , but no much improvement in nose blockage seen. Can you please let us know what needs to be done??

I am diagnose with following reasons and what could be the cause of it Patient Details: Sex - Female Age - 45 - From 8 month having painless lymph nodes - Nonspecific reactive adenopathy - Hypochromic anemia - ESR rate : 45

Since last 2 weeks , I have been feeling uncomfortable in my right ear. Feels like itching. And along with that sometimes I feel something is stuck in my right throat and sometimes I feel my pulse in the right side of my head. There's no  pain.
