Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir, last 30 days after lockdown was feeling heaviness in neck due to which was not able to sleep properly, was able to eat and drink. After consulting a local doctor, was advice for sonography done and report has been attached. And accordingly medicine was given are as follow. Mahacort DZ 6 -  (1 - X - 1) Zerodol SP - (1 - X - 1) Opox CV 200 -  (1 - X - 1) Pan 40 -  (1 - X - 1) Levocet D+ - (1 - X - 1) Vizlac - (1 - 1 - 1) But after taking medicine for 5 days not much improvement and was asked to continue the same medicine for another 5 days. Please advice me for the same. Ready to meet and consult if possible I m staying at Mira Road Mumbai. Can call for same? Please advice 🙏🙏 7 9 7 7 8 8 9 6 1 8

I had wet cough after having ice-cream from past 7 days. I m taking steam and doing gargling. But the cough presist. Plz suggest medicine for it.

From the last two weeks I am having a sore throat. I used to smoke alot but now I have reduced, trying to leave asape No cough. No fever. No congestion. Just irritated throat. What should I do.

Pains in ear side, swollen face , runny nose, severe headaches. 2/ 3 times in a month spacialy in cold days.

My wife is suffering from nose blocked problem since 1 year.it always repeat in 1-2 months.from last 3 months it occurs frequently and her blocked nose only open from navision or otrivin.please suggest  medicine or any measure to cure this problem.

I have swelling in the tonsils for two months. I have taken medicine for 7 days after consulting the doctor. Then light swelling is less. Only the tonsils are swollen and there is no symptom (no pain no fever)  there is more swelling on one side and there is white pus like in it. I have put a photo of the tonsils and the medicine eaten.

Feeling like something is stuck in the throat. This has occurred 5-6 times in the past 7-8 months. Could you please suggest?

For the last 10 days I'm facing a discomfort in my left ear. There is no severe pain while swallowing but there is a constant blunt heaviness and sometimes very mild pain. The area around my adam's apple is also irritated. I have been doing salt water gargle and with Betadine gargle four times a day. It gives me a relief but the discomfort comes back again. I have also taken paracetamol 500 two days but it didn't help much. I don't have fever and my body temperature fluctuates between 97.2- 98.6, but sometimes i feel very warm inside my body as if I have a fever. I feel little fatigued too. There is no cough or runny nose or wheezing but there is a slight itchiness in the throat at times. And I don't feel very good under high speed fans. I am keeping my ear and throat covered. For information, I am taking Acogut 100 for other unassociated reasons. What is going on and how should I treat this?

Feeling discomfort in the right side of the throat. No pain or anything. Small boil type of thing on the ride side of uvula. No fever, cough just a discomfort feel on the throat.

My 1 tonsil is inflamed and it's not getting normal from last 3 months. Consulted 2 ENTs offline and 1 online. Tried amoxiclav azithro cefpodoxime but still no cure. What is the problem and why it's feel normal sometimes and then again feel pain on left side that to be only 1 tonsil.
