Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having throat infection, redish area inside the throat with few small white patch in it. having pain and filling difficulty in swallow food.

Till 6 months back, I used to always have cold and throat pain. Medication never helped. I had tried allopathy and homeopathy. Even If I was relieved from it, it was temporary and it always came back. I never used to drink or eat anything cold because of this. Present( 6 months straight without medication), I was fed up with medication and decided not to take any. Thanks to the last homeopathy treatment which worked the most. Most of the time I don't feel the symptoms of throat pain or cold. However it comes and goes naturally sometimes. And, even today I am scared to eat or drink what I wish to. Although I am taking all the care, I am not able to study properly especially in the times of exams because when I focus for longer durations, I feel sore throat instantly and it makes me very ill. I have been looking for answers since 3 years now. I wish to lead a successful life without my health pulling me back and eat what I want. Hope I will be healed with your help. Thank you!

Dear Doctor, I have been facing issues of continuous ringing in the ears since past 1 week. The ringing noise is not going away. What could be the reason behind it and how do I get rid of this ringing noise permanently

I am having throat pain nowadays. Especially after speaking for long time or speaks loudly.No cold ,cough.

I have swollen tonsils for 2 months but have no pain and fever. And sometimes black mucus is also due to coughing and behind of nose . And today a little blood clot come out from throat or nose i don't know. By the way I do not even have cough and chest pain. But even then Black Mucus is sometimes. I am 20 years old and used to smoke cigarette also. But I have given up smoking for 3 months now.

My wife has low grade fever that remain between 99F and 100F. Usually, fever is felt in evening and sometimes whole day. Since fever is low grade it isn't bothering much. Other symptoms include warm/sensation feeling in right ear. From last 2-3 days pain in right tonsil (from ear to neck) is felt while swallowing. Fever is not getting reduced much by taking Paracetamol. Please help.

Hello dr. I am on long period medicine due to viral,then chronic thyphoid, then stomach pain then acid refulx..now facing from last around 3 4 month red throat.. Not able to heal by antibiotics. N now m taking fron last 5 days pan-d and sucral 1000 syrp. Mucus drain in throat. Thick slaiva(may be) And My question is 1.what is this which i marked with red arrow.. White spot. Looking like tonsil stone but its is not. Noticing from last 3 months. When i went to my dental checkup. 2. In throat there is raised red bumps.. And in which white dots are there in bump. 3. Consitant sore throat is dangerous? Please advice... Too worried.

Dear sir is it advisable to go for CT scan at this stage of lockdown and Covid situation? Also I would like to know allergic rhinitis can last for more than 35 days? First 5 days I used Allegra+Nobel cold. Later 10 days 3 anti biotics tablets daily one + montus kind of tablet+spray. Later 7 days cepodem 325 *2.+ sinarest+spray flutiflo. Still there is sometimes slight runny nose but it won't come Down , it won't run it's like minor cold or not surely totally watery. Can rhinitis last for 35 days? My situation contagious? I have no cough soar or headaches. Some pics added. Not sure it is csf?

Dear sir..please suggest as i have strange problem this days. Every morning i feel allergy in throat like some thing is struck in throat and dry throat and some times feels like breathing heavily though i take 4 liters of  water everyday after cleaning gargling its get little free for some time. I have bad sense of smell after sinus and tonstills. Which was done in childhood so due to thus till breakfast and lunch little difficult to swallow. Some doc said to have razo d may be acid reflux i tried took.7 days but still allergy throat struck swallowing difficult so what all test to perform to get rid of morming sickness..

My mother is feeling weird burning in her throat for quite a long time... She has tried several medicines for it currently she is taking montair fx and macralfate suspension for around 18 days... But she feels like cough is stuck inside her throat and moreover the burning keeps happening again and again... She is avoiding spicy food... And sometimes her entire throat pains as if it's stripped from inside... Before this issue she had severe cold for a month... She doesn't have gastric issues or burning in chest.
