Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have vibration like sound in my right ear from 15 days.Its not continuous .And while sleeping at night I also feel some type or pressure in the air and even I can hear the pressure sound.I actually don't find any words to describe it.some muffed type may be.During day time I can't feel the pressure but only when the surrounding noise calms down I heard that sound.I also have ear pain.pleae help me out.I m really worried.i don't have cold but I am sensitive to cold means I can't sit in an open cold air ,because after that I will either have sore throat or cold.please help me out.

I have tonsillitis from last 1 year.but from last 2 months it is better.no throat pain and discomfort. But now I have blocked nose and heaviness in my nasal area around face. Can it be sinusitis? And sometimes in between I feel pain in my left ear. Is it all related to tonsilitis and sinusitis?

I have this at the side of the tongue since 2 months. It looks as if there's digging a hole. Also burning and painful. 2 MONTHS

Since 5 days i have problem in my ear. My ear feels like something is blocked inside and there was no pain initially. I have used CIPLOX Eye/Ear Drops (Ciprofloxacin Eye Drops IP). I have used 6 drops for 3 times a day. I could see some wax came out. It's been 5 days i'm using this ear drops. Now I could feel some pain inside ear and also still I feel ear is blocked. Due to this Quarantine, ENT doctors are not available in my area to get in touch with them. Can u please suggest me.

I have undergone two nasal operations before 2 years to remove polyp. After that some times nasal block came. Now using Wasing nasal with packing soda in morning and evening. My ct scan shows that no polyps inside the nose and only a sinus is there In one nose. But often nasal block came and some times it is heavy. Consulted so many ent doctors every Dr told there is no problem and it is only a post operation process. Kindly advise what to do and where is to be consulted. When nasal block came I have suffering dry mouth. What is the remedy sir

Problem: 1)when I cough i get some gel like droplet frm mouth 2)white gel mucus frm nose 3)tinnitus which comes and go in left ear different days I went for tests and reports came as Normal oae test and hearing tests but mri brain plain showed polypoidal mucosal thickening in left maxillary sinus. Due to lockdown i m not able to visit for consultation Kindly provide me the solution and what's the problem

My husband is having severe nasal congestion he's been using nasal drops  xynosone or rhinosone from over a year now regularly without them he can't seem to breathe he's also an asthma patient and using inhalers he's taking Telfast D also for congestion but overall situation is not getting any better and please help

Osmf III diognosed by dentiist 6 months back. Now since 3 months uppish round ULCERS not healing. UPPER lips also ulcers flat painful. White patches and bands inside the cheeks and and UNABLE to take lukewarm food items with zero chilly. Please advise me sir the remedies and medicines
