Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been facing difficultly in swallowing saliva for last one week. Food swallowing is not problem. Problem slowly starts from afternoon and remains till night.

I am having sore throat from the past 40 days. It is in the lower throat and cough only comes up when I bend my neck or there is pressure on throat. My body is secreting too much mucus which is white and taste is very salty. Nose feels like it is swollen at the back side and there is distortion in smell and taste. There is no fever but only weakness sometimes. I have shortness of breath sometimes and my back muscles hurt a lot. I have take anti histamines and paracetamols for 20 days but there is little relief.Appetite loss is there

My bro suddenly slapped me above my right ear from that time I'm having ear block and recurring plain near my right temple(forehead) kindly help with the ear block. I don't have any symptoms of severe cold.

From few weeks I have been experiencing a little soreness in my voice and I am also having a continuous urge to push out phlegm from my throat like a hair is stuck inside especially during night time. Though I am taking care of my vocals but was little worried what possible issues these signs can indicate? I am afraid it might be sinus or some vocal damage but not quite sure, so I just seek some opinions on it.

I have pain in my ear after i used cotton buds for ear wax removal , is it serious , does i damaged my eardrum

Getting itching at right ear in n around . Also getting sounds like DUM in ear some times. Currently using Candiboitic ear drops Please suggest the treatment can be followed on this.

Painfull swollen lymph node. Fnac report says  reactive lymphadenitis. Normal blood reports. Swelling is now for more than 5 months

I had swollen lymph node for almost 5 months. My fnac report says tht it is reactive. The swelling is painful when touched.

My husband is having block nose and breathing problem, feeling heavy He also has dust allergy and his upper nose bone also raised from last few years. What to do, pls suggest some remedies. Does solvin tablet works
