Headache wd virtigo
For last two days my mother is complaining of virtigo .she has history of this fr last 2 yrs. She is taking tab STUGERON PLUS AND VERTIN 16MG .Her b.p is in the morning 140/100. So we are giving her TB telm 40 as per prescribed. Now problem is her virtigo episodes is continuines and headache also. What should I do now?

Continue bp medicine, low salt diet. Her bp should be under control. You can give vertin 16 mg and take her to nearby specialist for further treatment

It might be a case of vestibular migraine. 1.lying down with closed eye 2.drink lot of water 3. Reduce stress plus avoid alcohol and tobacco 4.plenty of sleep 5. Continue vertin and anti hypertension medication
