Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I m getting cold so often. I feel it's because due to weak immune system. As I have to work in office it becomes quite difficult to work in this condition. What should I do?

While cleaning the earwax from the cotton bud my right ear got blocked . It feels like plugged and I am hearing less from right side. Please suggest some remedy?

Tinnitus problem sound comes when I'm alone sound comes from head or ear please help me doc I have this problem for 2 months. While sleeping it's getting more worse.

I have been suffering from tonsils from 2 months...2months ago I have shown this to nearby pharmacist he gave me Azithromycin for 6 days I took it pain gone but after some days it came back then now 4 days back I went to GP he gave me Cefixime ,Becosules - No relief ! Now I am worried as from 2 months I didn't had any spots on tonsils but today I found white dot like something on right tonsil don't know what it is! Please suggest me best treatment ( No Fever,Cold)

First'of all osmf III diognosed by dentiist 10 month's ago, white patches and bands inside the cheeks and mouth burning heavy increasing day by day.mixed red and white lesions marked which are painful. Now unhealing Ulcers on lips both UPPER LIP and lower lip round uppish and transperent Since 5 months. TOBACCO chewing is the etiology. Please advise suitable medication. I don't want BIOPSY. Thank you doctors.

Since last 9-10 days am having excess dry throat problems,this is not new for me,last year also had this and back in 2017 also but the earlier days i used to smoke lot of cigarettes for that I thought this happened but now last one year i have quit smoking but still this happened now. I have to constantly keep clove in my mouth then its fine otherwise it becomes too dry to even gulp spit.I have taken Amoxicillin 500 tablets 2*5 ie.10 tablet dose also but no relief.even I have stopped consuming any liquid or food that is too hot.I have gastro problems also so is there any chance of dehydration ? Am doing work from home for last three months and donot do any workout also.

Buring sensation in my throat after consuming a bit spicy food also..This issue I am facing from past 1 month

My nose is full. Also my throat is paining.. simultaneously my ears lower side is paining. Experiencing yellow mucus in nose. Needs to know what to do. Also having headache.

Can GERD cause any permanent ear damage? From a few days my left ear is paining and sometimes it feels its somewhat blocked.

Three days back onwards I'm having cough its like occasional not severe one cough comes at irregular intervals sometimes there might be gap of one hour or more for next cough and and last three days onwards its raining here Is this the cough related to whether change or could be something else its dry cough but I do get transparent phlegm this is happening from last one year Hope this helps My body symptoms this week  : I'm under lot of pressure due to work Headache Gastric trouble inadequate sleep I didn't travelled anywhere except for vegetables which is 400mts away from my home before that I didn't go out for almost a week
