Fever & dry cough
I had fever from last 2 days. Ist day at morning 102°f but after that it's down to 100 & today I have no fever but feeling chills inside. Cough is also not too much 2 3 times a day. Taking dolo 650mg & b complex. Chill feeling & chest pain & mucus in throat can be the reason of early stage asthma ? Plz tell me. I also taking gerd medicine for that but no relief.

These symptoms appeared to be a URTI At this stage , take anti allegra m and mucolyte sr cap and continue medicines for GERD

Fever with cough needs to be evaluated. Start tab azithromycin 500 once daily for 5 days Syp reswas ls for cough and steam inhalation
