Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Is 1.2*0.7mm  cervical lymph node normal. I have done fnac which says no atypical cells seen. The node is still tender to touch even after five months.

What does loss of cmd in swollen lymph nodes means which is tender to touch and is  moveable. Fnac report suggest infection.

Its been a week or so that my nose is dry from inside. I drink lot of water but still m nose is dry. Please advice.

I have 2 lymp nodes under my chin, not visible , no pain , only feel if I touch them, what will be the cause?

Difficulty in swallowing food and pain in left side of throat and throat is not clear, it seems like a small part of cough is stuck in throat which is neither coming out nor going inside.

My daughter 9 years, Seems to have filled ear wax. It can be seen easily from outside. Bcz of that we noticed she is unable to hear clearly from last few days. Can you suggest some ear wax cleaning medicine please.

My throat is not healing since more than one month.i have bumps inside my throat. They are painless. I am taking multi vitamins and zinc syrup prescribed as prescribed by doctor. And i am facing some issues with my tongue they are calling it geographic tongue. I am feeling some some mucus. I am worried because of the pandemic visiting a doctor again. I am not a heavy drinker. Not a chainsmoker

I have a swollen submandibular lymph node for 1 months which is not palpable. Size is 1.4*0.2cm. Is it normal?
