Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I feel like a huge lump of mucus is stuck in the junction of nose and throat. It is irritating me and making me feel breathless. No matter how many times I try to gulp it, nothing happens. It stays stuck there. Given the covid scenario, I won't be able to visit any doctor. Is there anything I can do to relieve this uneasiness. It's been 3 days. I don't have any other symptoms. I'm confused as to what it is.

I have this problem if sore throat since the last one month. I had montair fx for 3 days.it got fine but again aft 4-5 days i strted having soreness.its coming and going. M very irritated and worried at the same tym.plz help.

Why my lymph nodes in posterior triangle are still swollen even after 5 months even if fnac report says reactive.The nodes are hard, tender and moveable. I had also taken antibiotics prescribed by doctor. Is it possible that lymph nodes from infection stay swollen for such a long time?

I had 1.2*0.7cm posterior cervical lymph node swelling for 6 months. It is still tender to touch, hard and moveable. No any other symptoms. Fnac says non specific reactive lymphadenitis. Doc. Said nothing to worry. But it is still not going. I had also poked it several times. Is this the reason it is not going to its normal size.

For last two days my mother is complaining of virtigo .she has history of this fr last 2 yrs. She is taking tab STUGERON PLUS AND VERTIN 16MG .Her b.p is in the morning 140/100. So we are giving her TB telm 40 as per prescribed. Now problem is her virtigo episodes is continuines and headache also. What should I do now?

Since from two months I'm facing throat irritation, frequently I'm swallow my saliva i been quit irritating for,before i never had throat problem this..

When I insert my finger, I could feel or see clearly from mirror like there is a yellow substance which is nothing polyp..earlier doctor told in 2018 there is polyps and need surgery for it. But I can see clearly in mirror the poly and unable to exhale from that nostril and when I try to inhale hardly through that nostril Near my it's vibrating. Can anyone give suggestion how to move further, is surgery really required for polyps, or through medication it can cure ?

I have quit smoking 2 months back (used to smoke 4-5 cigarettes daily). What are the withdrawal symptoms? Since i am having irritation in my throat, very less mucus comes if i cough because of irritation.

There is a bit of swelling inside the nose. It doesn't give pain. Just sometimes it gets swelled and sometimes its normal!
