Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Last 15 days my son is feel like his throat is burning, he feels 2/3 times daily. There is no other symptoms like vomiting or stomach problem. Last week I met with one Pediatric doctor , he said it's due to throat infection and gave some medicine but result is same.

Lately when I eat little spicy I feel very spicy. Sometimes it is unbearable to eat little spicy food. Kindly advice which doctor I should see for my problem.

I have a blood clot inside my mouth from 1/2weeks, some times it's bursted automatically and started bleeding and again after 1/2 hrs it's filling automatically and sometimes it's also paining little bit.its exactly inside my lower lips if I press it little from outside then it's paining and bleeding and I was taking 1strip of mouth ulcer tablet but that doesn't work and I have also taking cefirite-200 it also not working.. so tell me something how can I get rid of this irritating things..

How to differentiate between post nasal drip,acid reflux and allergic cough? I have been diagnosed with acid reflux and allergic cough but not with post nasal drip.

I'm have left chest tightness for about two weeks with sudden sharp pain .For the past 3 days I'm having severe clogged ears with causing severe headache.I tried Gastric tablets but no use. Can you please suggest.

I have lower jaw pain under ear, ear pain and side of the neck pain for 5 months now, since may. Went to different doctors and no answers yet. Went to ENT in June. He did Endo and no infection in sinus and ear. He told me to take sinus ct scan to check if any infection persist and that cause the lower jaw pain. I didn't take sinus ct yet. Went to dentist and he told few dental issue and said that might be reason for pain. Same symptoms after dental work. He then told me to see tmj specialist to check for tmjd and eagles Syndrome. Tmj specialist taken a cbct jaw scan. He said it looks like jaw joint issues, muscle tightness and myofacial pain. I have cbct taken. It's mentioned something about sinus septum.  Does it indicates any issue in sinus? How to treat that? Do I need to take a regular sinus CT scan? Please help. Does it show anything related to eagles syndrome. Styloids length given as 26.51mm and 27.06mm.I have extracted my upper right wisdom tooth in July.have post nasal drip.

I sneeze non stop 10 to 15 times and after sneezing I have a itching in throat. In my throat I have like infectious pustules .pls recommend precautions to be taken and medicines too

Is terbinate hypertrophy treatable without surgery (saline washes, antihistamine, steam inhalation) or surgery is the only option?

I have been coughing for a long time. No matter how hard you try, it doesn't work. Treatment was done at home but xray was done but its normal.

I am having frequent sore throat from.last 2-3 months, have one tonsils bigger than other one, white bump on the end of tounge, a little bump is under the chin, above neck area, only feel if I touch there not visible, I am having discomfort in throat, no swallowing issue , what would be the reason?
