Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Can someone pl tell which medicine is good and help to strengthen teeths and nose and help to remove pain and swelling in nose and lips due to fall in bathroom,bleeding is also occur after fall

A small lump developed behind ear at lower part of skull yesterday. I feel mild pain with irritation whenever rotate head. It is not a white head and had no sharp tip. Please suggest me in this regard, thanks in advance.

I have dry throat since two months and sometimes it feels like something it is having pain also and sometimes i experience pinching near to my throat, sometimes underneath tongue also. I am taking lots of water also having this problem still same problem. Last month i had tooth decay and my mouth was smelling so doctor has done toothfilling.sometimes gums near to tooth treated also pains little bit. Please suggest treatment or medicine.

My right is blocked,so today I visited a doctor and told my problem to him then he washed my ear with some liquid with cotton then after wash was completed I started feeling dizzy and I was sweating . After few minutes I got back to normal condition. After that doctor said that my Eustachian tube is blocked and has given me some medicines. Here I am attaching the prescription -
