Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There is a hole in Right year, If water enters in Ear, pain occurs, Also At evening, Feels dizziness. Please suggest how to recover hole apart from surgery.

My right ear is blocked with no pain.I want to clean my ear.please guide me about medicines which can clear my blockage. Already taken clavam 625 for 6 days

I was having anti biotics for tonsilitis for past 3 months from different physicians but not getting cured .hence today I consulted an ENT .he did endoscopy and told I don't have tonsilitis or pharangytis but is due to stress and migraine some alergic response happening.he gave me only Montek LC and amitone 10 for 15 days 1 each at night.AB Phyline and esophine LS for 10 and 7 days respectively.also asked to stop any ice creams ,ground nut , chocolate,tapioca.iam really confused now.4 physicans told it is tonses and pharangytis at throat but he denied completely after endoscopy.please kindly respond on this
