My one ear is feeling heavier. It continuously making a buzzing sound. It started happening when I woke up today. Last night it was fine. Please suggest what need to do ?

Any giddiness or associated vomiting immediately meet ENT SPECIALIST. could b due to impacted wax too ...try putting soliwax drops
