I hear ringing sensation during loud noise around me. Ringing hear only when there is loud noise.it remain normal all the day and night.there is no ringing in silence.

*urgent* posterior tonsillar pillar
Woke up with pain on left side of the mouth and throat. Opened my mouth to see and saw that the left posterior tonsillar pillar is swollen (not talking about cyst) and asymmetrical compared to the right side.
What is this? i am scared.

Problem while swallowing
Flowing are my issues
Whenever I drink something I can feel that it is going towards left side near heart region. Like when I drink cold water I can feel the cold sensation near my heart region similarly with hot water but when I eat solid food I dont feel any such sensation please help.
