Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been suffering from serious hairfall for past 1 year. I consulted a doctor and got 3 tests done, TSH (7.2), Vitamin B12 (132) and Vitamin D (5.37), all of which are abnormal. Please suggest me some diagnosis.

I can't sneeze from past 5 days, all the  pressure builds up, but it's doesn't lead to sneezing, which sometimes cause me headache. Before this I normally use to sneeze 4-5 times a day.

Hi, I've been having a very dry and itchy throat over the last few days. This especially severe when I wake up in the morning and eases through the day. This has also lead to very mild cough and discomfort in the throat. What can be done to avoid this unpleasant feeling in the throat?

I ate ibuprofen {400mg} tablet one on 16 and 17 February now how long I have to wait before I can ask my ent surgeon to perform my septoplasty as I read in google that it increases the risk of bleeding and I was not aware of this fact, I was thinking to get my septoplasty done on 20 February

I was suffering from severe migraine with aura and my doctor prescribed Betacap tr 80 and Tryptomer 10mg. I was taking this medicine for the last 6 months and i had only a few or no severe migraine attacks during this time even though I have had visual auras during these time and still have too but not developing into a full migraine. But now I tried stopping Betacap and all of a sudden, my migraine attacks returned. But I could no longer have this medicine as I'm moving to North America soon. So I would like to know how I can withdraw from these tablets without much withdrawal symptoms as well as controlling migraine. I tried finding the trigger factors but couldn't reach a conclusion as there were nothing common. Kindly advise. Please recommend the appropriate sleeping schedule also so that I can follow. Hi, My mother has been getting a bad ear ache from the back of the right ear all the way through her arm. Recently she has been complaining of a ringing sensation in the same ear and not being able to hear clearly at times. In December, she was diagnosed with BPPV which seems to have come under control now. Could you help understand the reason behind the ear ache? Thanks in advance.

Hello! I am M, 21 yrs old. I have ringing noises in both ears. Right ear most of the time. I do feel blockage sometimes. I have popping sounds as well. I have pain and swelling bwhind the ears (the ball type bobe behind).  Plus, in my throat i am not much able to drink water faster. I can't swallow quickly. I feel irration in throat as well. Don't know what that is. Hoping for a reply asap. Thank You.

Since 3 days I am facing pain in my throat when I swallow the food.it seems food has become stuck in throat and then it gradually moves down and at that time I do have also pain in my back.what could be the issue.i never ever faced such such issue in passed.i observed last month i had medicine and injection  for indigestion and now this problem is occurring ,is it side effects of those medicine or what could be reason.i do even conduct without water fast on every ekadashi.pls advise.

Pain started under my jaw when I touched it it felt like lump in left side of my throat when ever I sollow or move my head it hurts after a day the pain stretched to my ears .this started few month back it stays for 2 or 3 day and then gets normal it has happened thrice till date.

Since yesterday i have bad throat pain with burning sensation. Today morning I saw this white growth thingy at the pharyngeal wall. What is this?
