Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doc, since the past 2 weeks I am having this problem. My throat is so dry and I am unable to swallow my saliva, it hurts so much. I don't have any issues in swallowing food and water, just with saliva. This problem is persistent throughout the day, I don't know what to do. Please help.

And yesterday given me voveran when I taken inj I feel better for 4 hours again pain started today .. pls advice any alternate medicine thanks Age 30 no fever 98 fever

Hi, After having dinner yesterday I felt like something is stuck in my throat. I had vomitting as well yesterday night after that. Today in the morning as well it feels like something is stuck in the throat and there is a constant irritation because of that. What should be my next steps ?
