Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Doctors, My mother was having mouth ulcer for last 3 days. She was not able to eat because of the pain. We are using dologel from yesterday and also becosules capsules. The pain is still there. Can you please suggest any antibiotic for quick releif. Thanks

I've been noticing these types of grains coming out of my throat for quite sometime now it happens almost everyday or every alternate day...Im also having throat discomfort..Feeling that something is stuck in throat is always there..Also lots of mucus is coming out of throat...During evening time nose is getting blocked..Upper GI endoscopy report-Normal..Im gargling with betadine solution still no relief..Kindly tell me whats the issue and what needs to be done for the same...

Water entered the right ear while taking bath . It looks as if water has gone to head and shoulders etc since I can feel it Tried removing the water by turning ear to one side but no use . What medication can I take for this problem

After the endoscopic surgery on oct'20, visited  doctor today for follow up and did xray. The xray report is attached and wanted to understand the same. Is it serious? The doctor that we visited, he told to continue doing naso wash and provided medicines for 2 months. Please let me know your views.

Recently had Septoplasty and turbinates reduction(inferior)-1.5 months back Now having problems like nose too much open and airflow pressure is reduced and not going inside properly. Also when i eat something my nose feels watery. No dryness or congestion. Please help.
