Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello All, Asking for a cousin, he has hoarse, breathy and very weak voice. After endoscopy, videostroboscopy and voice analysis, it was found that he has rare condition of sulcus vocalies. It is recommended from doctor to have Vocal Cord Fat Augmentation surgery. Wanted to know how long will injected fat will last. Is it worth for going with surgery?? His career is severly affected because of his inability to speak.

Hi Doctor, I was recently shifted to Hyderabad on Job purpose from Vijayawada. From there while eating anything I continuously feeling the bad smell which comes from drainage in my mouth. So I'm unable to intake my food peacefully. In recent times I felt getting cold night and by the morning nose getting dry.

Hi, I have constant pain in lower jaw under ear lobe and neck for more than 10 months.Have 2 lump spots. One lump spot under the ear which is tender and hurts to touch. One lump spot in neck which is very hard to touch and chickpea size. Doesn't change in size since June 2020. Had neck ultrasound and CT scan. Normal results. Dentist told me to check about eagles syndrome. Ct scan evaluated eagles. Result is,"Right styloid process: Not elongated, measuring about 0.3 cm. Right stylohyoid ligament: Calcified distal portion, which measures about 0.8 cm.This is located about 2.1 cm from the tip of the right styloid process.Left styloid process/stylohyoid ligament: Borderline top normal size of the left stylohyoid ligament,which is in continuation with the elongated left styloid process, measuring about 2.4 cm combined.One cannot differentiate between what is considered the left styloid process and a calcified stylohyoid ligament in this case". Pain only on right side.segmented styloids?

Hi, I have mucous deposit in my lungs. Is there any OTC expectorant which will be harm less to take? I consulted an ENT doctor. They told its nothing to worry about. But I want to get rid of mucous and cleanse my lungs.

One side nostril is blocked. And irritation in throat. No fever nothing else. Just feeling sleepy and frustrated.

I am feeling little bit uneasy in left ear ...a little chik chik sound as well.not having any pain as of now but can experience a discomfort

I'm suffering from severe throat ache and itchy throat for past 1week.I have pain in both sides of throat below the ear. I don't get pain while swallowing food, but pain is always there in both sides associated with neck pain.I have already contacted doctors and have taken medications like monti c, citrizen,allerg c,acetromycin etc..Kindly help.

Okay so I've been having phlegm since so many months. I feel irritated. It comes out and then it builds up again. And while running if I get too tired I get a bit of cough too. And due to phlegm my nose also becomes runny sometimes. Ive also noticed that the phlegm is  a bit of black too. I don't know if its normal or not. If you could help out.
