Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear doctors, on my birthday I shouted a lot and after that my voice is gone like I can't able to speak properly I have hoarseness I thought it will get clear but it was not clearing it was there for more than 7 to 8 days but I'm not taking any precautions like voice rest , I'm playing cricket so daily I'm shouting now I'm in fear of hell what to do please help

Can you tell me if PONV can be prevented in FESS Surgery? I had nasal surgery in 1985 was ill, am keen to avoid a repeat.

The thing is that me and my mother both have allergic rhinitis. Her main symptoms are sneezing,runny nose, etc. And my only symptom is post nasal drip along with nasal congestion. The OTC sprays even in foreign countries like fluticasone and mometasone furoate are quite popular and majority of people globally benefit a lot from these. However, in my case I get no relief at all from fluticasone etc Even after using for a month..and even my mom only gets partial relief even after full adult dose. Infact even after 2 puffs of metaspray in each nostril once in the morning, she would again get symptoms while cooking food or from smell of some grocery items in the store during the day. But whenever we take tablet like cetrizine or montair lc, then symptoms are controlled 100 percent immediately..why is this happening? And why does it not work for us?

Hi, I was cleaning my ear with earbuds and after cleaning my left ear started paining from inside and the pain is unbearable and unable to hear properly from left side of ear as well.

I went to my hometown. I had problem starting with gas ache in stomach bloating and nausea and then loose motion with fever ( 100-101/102) as weather changed a lot there. Stomach ache lasted for 4-5 days also water there was not purified but from handpump. Now I don't have stomach issue but have recurring fever, sneeze and and slight itchy throat. What can it be? Also I have small red bumps on my tongue that i had when I was diagnosed with throat infection.

Since 1 day my nose is blocked while sleeping & getting headache. When sitting or doing work no nose blockage, runny nose & head ache is observed. Request to pls suggest some medicine.

My left tonsil is swollen from right tonsil...From many years it is same ... Recurrent throat pain or fever I don't have..But occasionally I get throat pain,runny nose,ear pain,nose block... I don have any problems swollowing....Only sometimes if I drink water in hurry I feel pain in tonsil area as if something is struct... I am very tensed...is it serious?? Please help me...

I had a ear irrigation treatment 3 days ago But since now my ear is blocked and doesn't get open. At the time of treatment I felt dizziness and 4-5 hours later I had a very bad pain in my ear after taking medicine pain was stopped but ear is blocked yet
