I am currently underweight, started gym 1 and half month ago under a personal trainer, took a BCA test, initially weight was around 54.6 kg muscle mass was 25.9 kg and body fat mass was 8.2 kg despite following the diet and increasing the calorie intake to both me and my trainers surprise now after a month weight has gone down to 52.5kg, muscle mass reduced to 24.8 kg and body fat mass reduced to 7.8 kg, seriously concerned as to what went wrong, please suggest whom should I consult in this situation?
