Am giving mixed feed for my 3 and half months old daughter. She poops every time after having formula feed abd doesn't poop much after breast feed. Poop is semi solid and little watery, seedy and green in colour with strong odour. She strains everytime while pooping. Is this normal condition?

Hi my baby is. 3 months have cold and chest congestion but not stuffy nose though he is on antibiotics Clavam syrup,earlier he was having cough which subsided after taking ascoril, now again he is coughing and it's. Dry how do I treat this? Any home remedy I am still giving him ascoril to complete a course of 5 days, it's been 3 days now,will dry cough turn into wet, I fear of pneumonia please guide how do I stop this?

Hi , My baby poop is whitish in colour not complete but some part of poop but she dont have any other problems , recently we started feeding her buffalo milk , today morning there was more white poop followed by yellow have attached the picture can you pls advice if this is normal ? Hi, My child (age: 2.5 months) got vaccinated yesterday at a government hospital (2nd or 10 weeks vaccination) after that she is having mild fever (99.6 to 100.6) What should be precautions should we take? And what should be the minimum gap we should maintain between two paracitamol (drops) doses for her in case of fever?
